Delivery Information

  You will be provided a delivery day and a 4 hour window.  We are unable to accommodate specific time requests on deliveries; however, if you have a morning or afternoon request we will do our best to accommodate.

Reschedule Procedure

In the event that you need to reschedule your delivery, Please call us at least 24 hours prior to your delivery date @ 832-334-5420.  If you are not at home during the delivery window on the day your delivery has been scheduled for you , you will incur another delivery charge for the items to be delivered.


We have three different delivery types.

DELIVERY DROP OFF   |  DELIVERY SET UP  |  PICK UP

Delivery Drop Off means, we will bring the merchandise inside your house or apartment and drop it off in the first available room.  This will NOT include any assembly.  Customer will be responsible for any assembly that may be required and taking the merchandise out of the box.

Delivery Set Up means, we will bring the merchandise inside your house or apartment and set it up in the room of your choice.   We will assemble any delivered merchandise that requires assembly.  Please have your room cleared in the area where you want your new furniture to be.

We cannot move or rearrange your old furniture or mattress.  We cannot install anything on the walls or ceilings nor can we install any electronic equipment into entertainment cabinets.

Pick Up means, Customer will take the merchandise from the store in their own vehicle .  Customer is responsible for securing item(s) themselves.  Cypress Furniture can not assist in tying down items to your vehicle. nor do we provide straps or ties.  Pickup Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday between 12p and 5p. Merchandise that is not picked up after 30days is considered abandoned and will be donated, unless prior arrangements have been made, and a holding fee is paid.
